1. Contestants must be at least 5 years of age by

 June 1, 2008 and cannot have reached his or her

 8^th birthday as of August 1, 2008.

 2. Contestants should dress in Sunday best. No long or Pageant dresses for girls. No tuxedos for boys.

 3. Entry fee is $4.00 per contestant. Entries will be accepted at the Fair Office from June 1-29, 2008, 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. For Information,

 4. Contest date Monday, June 30, 2008 at 6:00 pm. Please be in front of the grandstand to check in ½ hour prior to contest.

5. Each contestant will be asked age appropriate

questions on stage. They will be judged on personality, appearance, attentiveness and response to questions.

 6. Each contestant must be a Shelby County resident.

 7. Any contestant who has won the Little Miss or Mister contest may not compete again.

 8. Any contestant who has preformed or competed on a professional level, (for monetary gain), in anything other than an amateur contest

will be considered ineligible for this contest.

 9. No modeling routines.

 10. All judges decisions are final. Winners will receive a trophy, sash, crown and other prizes.
